Description of Services and Benefits

 Basic Plan

I am your very own friend that keeps you accountable to the goals you want to achieve. With the Basic Plan, I will text with you every day about the challenges you encounter. For example, let's say you struggle to eat healthy. I will send you a text every morning or night to help remind you to eat healthy. I will have a quick 5 minute phone call check-in every week with you just to see how you are doing and how I can better help you to eat healthy. This all comes with just $1 a day! I can help with many other compulsive behaviors such as smoking, drinking, binge eating, etc! Sign up now to reap the benefits of this program!

Premium Plan

The Premium Plan includes the same as the above package and more. For just $2 a day!  It will include a quick 5 minute phone call check-in with you EVERY DAY! Instead of just once a week.

I understand that when it comes to pornography, binge eating, or any other unhealthy habits, having someone to talk to about it makes all of the difference.

Why have an accountability buddy?

Everything is easier with a friend.

I have a degree in the field of psychology that makes it easier for you and me to break these habits.

It can be discouraging feeling like no one cares about you. I'm here for you.

The American Society of Training and Development found that people are 65 percent likely to meet a goal after committing to another person.

Their chances of success increase to 95 percent when they build in ongoing meetings with their partners to check in on their progress.
